The coaching offer
Four sessions. One playbook your team will actually use.
This isn't a course. It's not a done-for-you automation package. It's four structured sessions, built around your business, that leave your team running AI on their own.
The four sessions
Every session ships something your team keeps.
Task audit
Before we touch a tool, we map where your team's time actually goes. You leave with a ranked list of workflows where AI would genuinely move the needle — and, just as important, where it wouldn't.
Workflow mapping
We take one high-impact workflow and rebuild it end-to-end: what happens today, what should happen tomorrow, which pieces AI actually handles, which pieces it shouldn't. You get the full before/after diagram.
Build-along
We stand up one real automation together, live. You drive. I coach. By the end of the session, it's running in your business, not on a sandbox — and you know why every piece is there.
Adoption playbook
We lock in how your team keeps running with this after I leave: prompts saved, docs written, the review cadence set. You leave with a playbook you'll actually open in six months, not a PDF in a drawer.
What you get
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
The goal is durable adoption, not a one-off wow moment. Every deliverable is something you'll still be using six months later.
- 4 × 60-minute live coaching sessions (Zoom or Google Meet)
- 1:1 or up to 4 people in the room — bring your ops lead or GM
- Async Slack/email Q&A between sessions, so you don't get stuck for a week
- A personalized task audit you keep and reuse after we finish
- All recordings, notes, prompts, and playbooks — yours to own forever
- A 30-day follow-up check-in, 4 weeks after the final session
Price is a conversation, not a menu.
Coaching is personalized — so the price is too. We finalize the shape and cost on the free fit call, after we've talked through:
- 01Your starting level
Where your team is with AI today. A team that's never opened ChatGPT needs a different runway than one that already uses it daily.
- 02The number of sessions
Some teams need the full four-session arc. Others want a tighter two-session deep dive on one workflow. We size it to the problem.
- 03Team size
One founder versus a four-person ops team changes the format — and the value of having more hands in the room while we build.
- 04How hands-on you want me
Coaching-only, or coaching + building real automations live together? Both are on the table, and they're priced differently.
No dollar figure until we talk. The fit call is 30 minutes, free, and ends with either a clear proposal — or a clear "not a fit, here's what I'd do instead."

01Who is this actually for?
Existing business owners running small-to-mid teams (roughly 10–100 people) who already have a working business — you're not trying to validate a startup idea. You're looking at AI the same way you'd look at a new ERP rollout or a new CRM migration: a multi-year integration, not a weekend hack.02Do I need to be technical?
No. Coaching starts from first principles and assumes zero prior AI experience. If you can describe the workflow that's eating your week, we can work with it. We do not write code together unless you want to — most of the work is strategy, sequencing, and deciding what not to build.03How is this different from hiring an AI agency?
An agency builds a system and walks away, leaving you dependent on them to maintain it. Coaching teaches you and your team to build and maintain the same system yourselves. If you still need me six months after we finish, I've failed. Agencies succeed when you keep paying them; I succeed when you stop.04What happens on the free fit call?
30 minutes on video. You walk me through where your business actually is, the 1–2 workflows that are costing you the most time, and what you've already tried. I tell you honestly whether coaching makes sense for your situation — or whether a course, a hire, or just a different tool would serve you better. No pitch, no pressure.05What does coaching cost?
Pricing depends on a few things — where your team is today, how many sessions we end up doing, how many people are in the room, and how hands-on you want me in the actual builds. We figure out the right shape (and the right price) on the fit call, once I understand your situation. It's a 30-minute conversation, not a sales pitch — worst case you leave with a clearer map of what you actually need, at no cost.06What if we decide it's not a fit?
We don't book coaching. If I think your problem is better served by a hire, a different consultant, a specific tool, or just watching the free content for a few more weeks, I'll say so on the call and point you in that direction. Saving your time is part of the job.07How soon will we see results?
Most teams ship at least one real internal automation by session three. Bigger behavioural change — your team reaching for AI without being told to — tends to land four to six weeks after coaching ends, once the habits compound. The goal isn't fast wins. The goal is durable adoption.08Do you offer done-for-you builds?
Not in the hand-it-off-and-disappear sense. What we do is build the automation together, side by side — I walk you through every decision I'm making and why, as I'm making it, so by the time the system is running you can see exactly how it was put together. The point is that you can turn around and replicate the same thinking on the next workflow without me in the room. You get the build and the method, not just the output.
