Now booking fit calls for May

AI coaching for business owners who want to use it themselves, not hire an agency.

No jargon, no hype, no done-for-you subscriptions. A problem-first framework, delivered 1:1, so your team can run AI without me six weeks from now.

01 / The problem

You know AI matters. You just don't know where to start.

You've watched the demos. You've tried ChatGPT. You've seen peers quietly pull ahead while your team still does the same manual work every week. The hype is exhausting, the tool list is endless, and nobody seems to be teaching business owners how to actually think about this.

Meanwhile the agencies are lining up to charge you $15k a month to build automations you don't understand and can't maintain after they're gone. That's not adoption. That's a new dependency, dressed up as progress.

You don't need another AI tool. You need a framework for knowing which problems are worth solving with AI in the first place.

— The thesis

02 / The approach

Three principles that shape every session.

01

Problem-first, not tool-first.

We start with the workflow that's actually bleeding you time. The tool comes last — and sometimes it's not AI at all.

02

Self-reliance, not dependency.

You and your team leave knowing how to use AI yourselves. If you still need me six months in, I've failed.

03

Free knowledge, paid execution.

The frameworks are public — on YouTube, in posts, for free. You pay when you want someone in the room while you apply them.

03 / The format

Four sessions over three to four weeks.

One-to-one or small team. Personalized to your business, your workflows, your team's comfort level. No cohorts, no group-coaching fluff, no generic curriculum.

[ What's included ]
5 items
  • 01A full audit of where AI can actually move the needle in your business — not a generic tool dump.
  • 02Workflow mapping: what happens today, what should happen tomorrow, in what order.
  • 03One end-to-end build-along so you see how a real automation gets stood up.
  • 041:1 or small-team sessions (up to 4 people) so your ops lead is in the room.
  • 05Ongoing async Q&A between sessions — you won't get stuck and have to wait a week.
04 / Honesty check

Coaching isn't for everyone — and that's on purpose.

[ A fit if… ]
  • You already run a business (10–100 people).
  • You want your team to learn, not just the output of someone else's work.
  • You're willing to be honest about which of your workflows are actually broken.
  • You see AI as something to integrate over years, not a weekend hack.
[ Not a fit if… ]
  • You want a done-for-you AI agency to run everything behind the scenes.
  • You're shopping for the cheapest automation vendor.
  • You want validation for a chatbot idea you've already half-built.
  • You're an aspiring entrepreneur or student looking for a course.

8 answered
  • 01Who is this actually for?
Existing business owners running small-to-mid teams (roughly 10–100 people) who already have a working business — you're not trying to validate a startup idea. You're looking at AI the same way you'd look at a new ERP rollout or a new CRM migration: a multi-year integration, not a weekend hack.
  • 02Do I need to be technical?
No. Coaching starts from first principles and assumes zero prior AI experience. If you can describe the workflow that's eating your week, we can work with it. We do not write code together unless you want to — most of the work is strategy, sequencing, and deciding what not to build.
  • 03How is this different from hiring an AI agency?
An agency builds a system and walks away, leaving you dependent on them to maintain it. Coaching teaches you and your team to build and maintain the same system yourselves. If you still need me six months after we finish, I've failed. Agencies succeed when you keep paying them; I succeed when you stop.
  • 04What happens on the free fit call?
30 minutes on video. You walk me through where your business actually is, the 1–2 workflows that are costing you the most time, and what you've already tried. I tell you honestly whether coaching makes sense for your situation — or whether a course, a hire, or just a different tool would serve you better. No pitch, no pressure.
  • 05What does coaching cost?
Pricing depends on a few things — where your team is today, how many sessions we end up doing, how many people are in the room, and how hands-on you want me in the actual builds. We figure out the right shape (and the right price) on the fit call, once I understand your situation. It's a 30-minute conversation, not a sales pitch — worst case you leave with a clearer map of what you actually need, at no cost.
  • 06What if we decide it's not a fit?
We don't book coaching. If I think your problem is better served by a hire, a different consultant, a specific tool, or just watching the free content for a few more weeks, I'll say so on the call and point you in that direction. Saving your time is part of the job.
  • 07How soon will we see results?
Most teams ship at least one real internal automation by session three. Bigger behavioural change — your team reaching for AI without being told to — tends to land four to six weeks after coaching ends, once the habits compound. The goal isn't fast wins. The goal is durable adoption.
  • 08Do you offer done-for-you builds?
Not in the hand-it-off-and-disappear sense. What we do is build the automation together, side by side — I walk you through every decision I'm making and why, as I'm making it, so by the time the system is running you can see exactly how it was put together. The point is that you can turn around and replicate the same thinking on the next workflow without me in the room. You get the build and the method, not just the output.
