[ AI Capability Sprint · 30 days ]
In 30 days, your team ships one real AI workflow it actually uses.
Not a course. Not a pilot that dies in week three. Your team learns the method, improves one SOP, builds one useful workflow, and leaves with a roadmap for the next 3–5.
Built for service-based SMBs with a participating team and repeatable office, admin, or customer-facing work.
[ 01 / Why AI pilots die ]
Most SMB AI projects fail the same three ways.
It's rarely the technology. It's the order of operations.
They start with a tool, not a workflow.
Someone buys licenses, the team pokes at it for two weeks, and it quietly dies because nobody connected it to real work.
They automate a process nobody wrote down.
If the SOP only exists in one person's head, AI amplifies the inconsistency. You cannot automate chaos — you get faster chaos.
The owner does it alone.
One enthusiastic person builds something, then leaves or gets busy. Capability that lives in one head isn't capability — it's a dependency.
[ 02 / Why the Sprint works ]
A fixed order of operations, on one deliberately small target.
The Sprint is deliberately constrained. We do not chase every AI idea in the business. We pick one frequent, useful, low-risk workflow and make it better — context first, then diagnosis, then the SOP, and only then the build.
That order is the whole mechanism. Agencies skip to the build and hand you a black box. Courses stop before the build and hand you homework. The Sprint walks your team through the full sequence once, on real work, so they can repeat it without us.
“A concrete win in 30 days — and a team that knows exactly how it was won.”
[ 03 / The 4-week rhythm ]
Async-first, live time reserved for your actual business.
- Week 1
AI Fluency and Business Context
Your team learns to use AI as a thinking partner and builds the context document that makes every AI conversation more specific to the business.
- Week 2
Workflow Thinking and SOP Design
We turn scattered tasks into workflow candidates, choose one useful low-risk workflow, and create or improve the SOP before any automation happens.
- Week 3
First AI-Assisted Build
Your team labels the SOP, builds the first AI-assisted version, and uses it in real work at least three times so the feedback is real.
- Week 4
Implementation and Roadmap
We improve the workflow, update the SOP, capture the before/after story, and map the next 3-5 opportunities.
[ 04 / What you leave with ]
Six deliverables. All of them stay in the business.
- 01
AI Business Context Document
The document that makes every AI conversation specific to your services, customers, team, and constraints.
- 02
Task log and opportunity list
A week of real task data showing where hours and quality actually leak.
- 03
Workflow Pain-Point Map
Your workflows scored by frequency, risk, and payoff — so the first build is the right one.
- 04
One optimized SOP
The selected workflow, documented clearly enough for the team to follow and maintain.
- 05
One AI-assisted workflow
Built by your team, used in real work at least three times before the Sprint ends.
- 06
AI Capability Roadmap
The prioritized plan for the next 3–5 workflows to improve.
[ 05 / Build tracks ]
Start where the risk is low and the usage is visible.
Thirty days from now, one workflow could already be running better.
Book a Call[ 06 / Risk reversal ]
Two separate guarantees, so both sides stay accountable.
The Sprint is built around real implementation, not passive learning. These guarantees keep the client's execution path separate from Clarity Works' service promise.
Execution path
Earn-back Guarantee
Complete the Win Scorecard and choose your next step.
If your team completes the Sprint Win Scorecard and deploys the first AI-assisted workflow, you can receive the Sprint investment back or apply it toward the Partner Program.
This is execution-based, not satisfaction-based. The point is to reward the visible actions and milestones that create the Sprint outcome.
Service promise
Service Guarantee
If we do not deliver the service, we do not keep the money.
If, by the end of the Sprint, you genuinely believe Clarity Works did not deliver the promised service, put it in writing and we will refund you.
This guarantee is separate from the Earn-back Guarantee and does not depend on completing every Scorecard item. Written feedback helps us diagnose what failed; it is not a hidden completion gate.
Earned cash refund, Partner credit, and Service Guarantee refund are distinct outcomes. The call exists to make sure the fit, expectations, and implementation commitment are clear before the Sprint starts.
[ 07 / Proof ]
We proved the method on our own business first.
Client Sprint stories will land here as they ship.
We only publish results that actually happened, with real names and real numbers. No stock testimonials, no hypotheticals dressed up as case studies.
[ 08 / The alternatives ]
Where the Sprint sits against the other ways to 'do AI'.
| Clarity Works | AI agency | Course | DIY | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who does the work | Your team builds, we guide and correct | They build it for you | You watch videos alone | You figure it out alone |
| What you're left with | A working workflow + a team that can repeat the method | A black-box system nobody inside understands | Notes and good intentions | Scattered experiments |
| Process first? | SOP improved before anything is automated | Automates whatever you describe — chaos included | Generic examples, not your workflows | Usually tool-first |
| Time to a real win | 30 days, one deployed workflow | Months of scoping and builds | Whenever you find time | Months of trial and error |
| Ongoing dependency | None — capability transfer is the deliverable | Retainer to keep it running | None, but no implementation either | None, but no method either |
[ 09 / Fit and next step ]
The Sprint starts only when there is a real workflow to improve.
The best fit is a service-based SMB with a participating team, repeatable office or admin work, and enough implementation time to use the improved workflow in real operations.
- We check workflow volume, team readiness, and owner involvement.
- We pick the likely first workflow together, on the call.
- You get a direct yes, no, or “not yet” on fit.
Questions owners ask about the Sprint.
If something isn't covered here, email vatsal@tryclarityworks.com — I read them all myself.
01How much of my team's time does the Sprint take?
Plan for a weekly working session plus a few hours of applied work between sessions for the people involved. The work happens inside a real workflow your team already runs, so most of the time is spent improving something you were doing anyway.02Who from my team should participate?
The person who actually runs the workflow we improve, plus whoever owns the process — often an ops lead or manager. The owner should be in the key sessions but does not need to attend everything. That is the point.03What if we don't have SOPs written down?
Most teams don't. Documenting and tightening the SOP is part of the Sprint, not a prerequisite. You cannot automate chaos — so we fix the process first, then add AI to the stable version.04What tools do we need?
Nothing new to start. We work with widely available AI tools and whatever systems you already run. Tool selection happens after the workflow and SOP are clear — never before.05We already use ChatGPT. Is this still useful?
Ad-hoc ChatGPT use is where most teams stall: individual shortcuts, no shared method, nothing owned by the team. The Sprint turns scattered usage into one documented, team-owned workflow — and a repeatable method for the next one.06What happens after the 30 days?
You leave with one working AI-assisted workflow, the improved SOP behind it, and a prioritized roadmap for the next 3–5 workflows. Some teams run the method themselves from there; some continue into the Partner Program. Both are good outcomes.07How do the guarantees actually work?
There are two. The Earn-back Guarantee is execution-based: complete the work and deploy the workflow, and if you don't get the outcome, you get a refund or the fee applied to the Partner Program. The Service Guarantee is simpler: if the experience isn't what was promised, we make it right or refund it.
